Health meeting


The North Horsham County Local Committee will be hosting an event considering health issues in the North Sussex are on Tuesday 20th July 2010.

The event is free and open to all members of the public.  Horsham Labour party has no involvement - we are just publicising it because we think it is an important topic which many of our members and supporters will be interested in.

Items for discussion include:
  • Surrey and Sussex NHS Healthcare Trust hygiene standards
    Presentation by Trust chief executive and chair
  • Extending the opening hours of Horsham Minor Injuries Unit (MIU)
  • A new hospital at Pease Pottage

Owing to the importance of these issues across the whole area, The Chairman of North Horsham CLC is keen to extend an invitation to all organisations, groups and individuals in North Sussex who have an interest in the items for discussion.

You are very welcome to attend, along with anyone you feel may also be interested in the event. An electronic version of a poster advertising the event and venue is here. The county council are happy for you to pass this along to any groups/individuals you think may be interested and if appropriate, display it on your website. They also have a supply of hard copy posters and flyers if you feel these would be more appropriate.
