We now have now had two sites reported to us, and both have derelict buildings which were formerly run by Social Services affording help and support for members of our community.
The sites are Bryce Lodge in New Street, Horsham and Brookfield in Blackbridge Lane, Horsham.
Here are some of the views expressed by Horsham residents:
The site is now overgrown and when people are crying out for some where to live it is a crying shame and waste.
There must be an explanation for this neglect.
Indeed there must be an explanation, and we are out looking for it. Our team is investigating the reason why both of these sites are left to decay and why they are not being used for the community, for instance for affordable housing.
If you know of any other sites neglected by the council, let us know by e-mailing secretary@horsham-labour.org.uk
