About us

Horsham CLP covers the whole of the Horsham parliamentary constituency and meets monthly (currently on the first or second Tuesday of each month at Broadbridge Heath Village Centre). The meetings are open to all members, and visitors by arrangement.

Horsham Labour Party actively campaigns on key local, national and international issues. Our primary local concern is the chronic lack of affordable housing in the district. If new developments such as those planned for Broadbridge Heath and between Horsham and Crawley are built, then they must contain a high proportion of affordable homes. Anything less than 50% affordable would be to let down the thousands of local residents in need of a home.

Nationally we have campaigned on the non-replacement of our independent nuclear deterrent, improved rights for agency workers, and for the Royal Mail to remain a wholly publicly owned business. Internationally we opposed the violence that took place within Gaza, and the war that took place in Lebanon.
