Horsham Labour: Local manifesto launched

Horsham Labour party published its local manifesto today.

The local manifesto supplements the national manifesto (which can be viewed online here) and explains our own priorities locally on the topics of:

Housing
Support for families
Health
The economy
The environment
The hunting ban
Cleaning up politics

Missing Lib Dems

Looking for Horsham Lib Dems? There is less chance every day of finding them actually in Horsham. One of the Horsham councillors lives in Hastings, paying flying vists at our expense for meetings, one lives in Greece and another is away studying for most of the year.

We think that residents would prefer councillors they can meet and talk to and not councillors who think everything can be done by e-mail.

We recently called Lib Dem HQ to get hold of a copy of the manifesto they fought the general election under. The receptionist said "I'm sorry, we've sold out."
We said that we knew that but did they have any copies of their manifesto...
